Personalization and Innovation in the Service of Your Well-Being
DietaMiNu® is the nutritional method developed by a team of certified professionals and supervised by Dr. Claudio Frasson. With a scientific and personalized approach, DietaMiNu® integrates the most advanced nutrition techniques to improve patients’ quality of life, both through in-office and online meetings.
How the Course unfolds
1. First Nutritional Examination (Outpatient or Online)
The first visit is the key time to build a tailored diet plan through a thorough analysis of personal needs and health status:
Complete medical history: collection of weight, dietary, and allergological data to identify lifestyle and eating habits.
Advanced measurement:
- Anthropometric.
- BMI (Body Mass Index) calculation.
- Indirect calorimetry to determine basal metabolic rate.
- Visceral fat analysis.
- Impedenzometry for the assessment of body composition.
Personalized goal setting: calculating ideal weight and planning realistic goals.
Creation of the nutrition pathway: development of a specific plan with an estimate of the duration and number of follow-ups needed.
2. Monthly Checks.
Monthly checks are critical to ensure that goals are being met and to make any changes to the diet plan:
- Monitoring progress: analyzing results and updating the nutrition plan.
- Ongoing support: direct communication with the nutritionist via email and WhatsApp, with the ability to schedule phone calls for clarification and motivation.
3. Maintenance
Once the set goals are achieved, the path continues with maintenance to consolidate results and ensure long-term stability:
- Follow-up visits dedicated to maintaining weight and dietary balance.
- Ongoing customizations to adapt the dietary plan to the evolving needs of the patient.
Diet Customization
DietaMiNu® is distinguished by a flexible and fully personalized approach that takes into account the patient’s tastes, preferences and needs:
- 5-6 meals per day with 3-5 substitutions available for each food to provide variety and make the course more enjoyable and adaptable.
- Practical advice: healthy cooking methods, use of spices to reduce salt, elimination of disliked foods and more frequent use of favorite foods.
- Adaptability: each food plan is unique and aimed at making the pathway sustainable and easy to follow over time.
