Eating poorly

Eating badly is a standard of our time. The little time and the amount of things to do lead us to run constantly, as if we were really in the hamster’s cage. Have you ever seen these little animals running around without ever stopping and wondering where they are going? The feeling is similar. You have to know how to stop and see where you are going and what this journey will entail. Eating badly is the choice that then leads us to a series of physical problems. An analogy could be made with the use of cheap gasoline in a car.

Eating badly: the consequences.

Eating badly can really have countless consequences. It is useless for me to describe the amount of physical situations that can arise due to poor nutrition. Very often, paying attention to what you buy is also crucial for our physical and mental health. In short, eating badly and running constantly has become a fashion. But does it seem possible to you that there are consequences? From what I can see, we need to become competent about our table as well. So is eating healthy or not a choice? What do you think? I believe that knowing what is bad for us gives us the opportunity to immediately eliminate it from our table and instead favor those foods that provide us with the vitamins necessary to feel good.

Healthy eating and the consequences.

Eat healthy and the consequences are visible. Let’s take for example a person we all know, like the now no longer very young singer Lenny Kravitz, who has his sweet age of sixty but a twenty-year-old body. I’m sure you think sport is the main cause, along with healthy eating. If he did not eat healthily over time, despite sport, this malaise would emerge somewhere. So it’s a combination of ingredients. Lenny Kravitz bases his diet on fresh vegetables, fruit, and is practically a vegetarian. However, you don’t need to completely eliminate protein to feel good about your body. It is important to be aware that we need a little bit of everything and a small amount of the things that are very tasty but offer a low vitamin intake. I believe it is necessary to launch a new fashion: physical health and its nutrition.
